Pig Snuggling Volunteers Needed!

Pig Snuggling season is almost here, and we’re looking for a small number of enthusiastic volunteers to start immediately to help us prepare our piglets for all the attention they’re about to receive!
We’re looking for people who can commit around 5 hours a day (10am–3pm) over the next couple of weeks, helping follow a structured handling programme to get our piglets comfortable with human interaction.
What we’re looking for:
Confidence around pigs (no fear!)
Availability for at least 3 days per week, including weekends
Own transport to get to the farm
Good level of fitness (this role involves bending, lifting, and using wheelbarrows for cleaning)
Friendly and confident communication skills, as you may be speaking with visitors
Be able to follow instructions to a high standard
What you’ll get:
Full training and support from our team
Hands-on experience working with young animals
Plenty of pig snuggles, of course! 🐖💛
Due to the popularity of these placements, applications will close as soon as we’ve filled the roles, so don’t hang about!
