Do I need to book tickets or can I just turn up?

Due to the current restrictions in place tickets must be purchased online to allow us to limit visitor numbers.

What is open?

We re-opened on 13th April, all outdoor areas are open, and toilets, café for takeaway, ice cream/gift shop. Unfortunately we cannot open the indoor petting barn, barrel ride or straw play barn until 17th May. We hope to re-introduce lamb feeding after this date too.

Do I need to wear a face covering?

Face coverings are required in all indoor areas which include the toilets, the ice cream/gift shop, and ordering in the café. Face coverings are not required within outdoor areas.

How and when will I receive my online tickets?

You will receive two emails after purchasing tickets from our website, a receipt of purchase and tickets, please check all email folders and junk folder if you haven’t received this.

When are you open?

We are open 7 days a week from 10:00 – 17:00.

Can I bring a picnic?
Absolutely, we have a fantastic outside area, ideal for picnics, however if it rains we also have an indoor picnic area.
Can I bring our dog?
Sorry, we do not allow dogs into the farm.
Do we offer annual/season tickets

We are planning season tickets, however at at the moment season tickets are unavailable.

How do I buy a ticket?
It’s quick and easy to buy your tickets on our website, however you can buy on the day at the entrance and pay using credit/debit card or cash.
Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we provide a free ticket for carers, please bring evidence such as a Max Card.
