Here’s what some of our visitors had to say…

Dec, 2025

We have just taken our child to see Santa for the second year in a row and I can confirm we will be back next year!

Absolutely incredible!

Last year was amazing but this year was even better.

Worth every penny.

This is the first time we’ve visited the farm and we were not disappointed. We’ve done a lot (I’d say 99% of all offerings) of Christmas activities in the north-east over the years and this is easily one of the best we’ve done!

From the very start it was amazing, with the elves fully playing their parts to perfection. It was literally one thoughtful activity/show after another. Considering it literally leathered down for the entire day it didn’t put a dampener on anything as it was all inside and warm.

We’ve been doing christmas/ Santa visits for 9 years. This is the best one we’ve ever been to. Took our 9 and nearly 2 year old and both of them were entertained for nearly a full day. I was initially put off by the price but realistically there is so much more included than anywhere else we’ve been to, it was easily worth it. It was also torrential rain all afternoon but that didn’t stop anything! Really lovely experience for a big age range and it felt spread out enough and well managed so no where felt too crowded or busy. Will recommend to anyone who will listen!

Meet Santa in His Magical Grotto

No visit to the North Pole is complete without meeting Father Christmas himself. Santa will welcome every child into his magical grotto, take time for a personal chat, and make sure they’re safely on the Nice List! You’ll also be able to capture a special photo to remember the moment.

Each child will receive a shiny gold coin from Santa, which can be used to choose their perfect gift from the Toy Emporium.

The Toy Emporium with Tinsel the Toy Elf

Step into a wonderland of toys from floor to ceiling! Tinsel the Toy Elf will help children browse the shelves and exchange their gold coin for any toy they choose – a magical and personalised Christmas moment for every child.

Mrs Claus’s Cosy Kitchen

Follow the smell of gingerbread into the heart of Mrs Claus’s kitchen! It’s warm, cosy, and bursting with festive spirit – but with Christmas Eve looming, she’s got hundreds of gingerbread men to bake and needs your help.

You’ll help prepare the biscuits for baking and make sure they don’t burn in the oven! It’s sticky, silly, and sweet fun for all ages.

Each child will receive a delicious gingerbread man to take home and decorate… if they don’t nibble it first!

(Gingerbread not included with Under 1s ticket.)

We had the best Christmas experience at Monk Park Farm. We thought everything was well thought out and that a lot of effort had went into making everyone’s day special.

The elves especially were super with the children, can’t recommend enough to get into the festive spirit!

Had a fabulous day. The whole experience was very well organised and there were lots of activities to keep the children busy and entertained.

Would highly recommend going here for a day out – particularly the festive experience.
