At Monk Park Farm, we’re committed to making sure everyone can enjoy a brilliant day out with us.
To help us provide a clearer, fairer and more consistent way of supporting guests who require additional assistance, we work with Nimbus Disability and their recognised Access Card Scheme.
This system helps us understand your access requirements properly, offer essential companion tickets where needed, and make your booking experience smoother.
Monk Park Farm Digital Access Pass (FREE)
You can apply online through Nimbus for a free Digital Access Pass (DAP) specifically for Monk Park Farm.
As part of your application, you will:
- Upload relevant supporting evidence
- Provide a short description of your access requirements
- Be allocated the appropriate symbols (for example +1 for an essential companion)
Once approved:
- Your pass is valid for 3 years
- You’ll receive a digital ID number
- You can use this ID when booking tickets or on arrival
What is the Access Card?
The Access Card is recognised at thousands of venues across the UK.
- Costs £15 for 3 years
- Clearly shows symbols explaining the barriers you face
- Reduces the need to repeatedly provide personal documentation
- Can be used at Monk Park Farm and many other attractions
You can upgrade to a full Access Card during your application if you wish.
Already got an Access Card? You don’t need to apply again. As long as the card displays a +1, you can purchase your Essential Companion ticket.
How to Book Your Tickets Online
Booking is nice and simple:
- Add all required tickets to your basket (including your essential companion ticket if applicable).
- Head to checkout as normal.
- At checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your Nimbus Access ID number.
- Complete your booking and bring your QR code with you on the day.
Please ensure the Access Card or Digital Access Pass used matches the booking.
Essential Companion Information
- The designated essential companion must be 14 years or over.
- Either a Nimbus Access Card or Monk Park Farm Digital Access Pass with a +1 symbol MUST be shown on the day as proof of disability.
- If valid proof is not shown on arrival, full admission will be required.
- We are unable to accept alternative documentation such as DLA, PIP, Carers Cards or similar.

Groups from Care Homes / SEN Organisations
If you’re visiting from a care or residential home, SEN school or similar organisation and are unable to apply through Nimbus (for example due to GDPR or group booking size), please contact us directly before booking. eyup@monkparkfarm.co.uk
