The wallabies are settling in nicely to their new home! It was a bit of an adventure yesterday getting them moved – after we caught them, they had a short trip by trailer about half a mile down the corner of the farm. A couple of them hopped straight out when we unloaded, while a few were a little more cautious, but overall it went really smoothly!
They’ve spent their first night well, and we’re really pleased with how they’ve settled.
You’ll be able to see them in their new enclosure when you next visit, and from Easter, you’ll actually be able to enter our Wallaby Walkthrough and get even closer to them!
