Each member of the team has their own Flock Number, favourite animal, and unique role in making the farm fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Meet Phil
The Shepherd!
Our Director and self-appointed Chief Cake Tester! He’s got a soft spot for caterpillars (especially Colin the Caterpillar) and is a whiz in the kitchen. When he’s not running the show, you’ll find him cooking up a storm and probably taste-testing along the way!
Meet Tim
Flock No. 13
Tim is one of our Directors and an absolute all-rounder. He wears many hats: expert fixer, part-time ice cream taste-tester, and occasional car park attendant. He’s a big fan of Tim the Goat and the pigs… and fun fact – Tim can fly! (He’s actually a pilot!)

Meet Mark
Flock No. 8
Our General Manager and proud sheep enthusiast (“you can never have too many sheep!”). Known as Mr Night Feeder, he’s the one up doing all the late-night bottle feeds! Mark doesn’t do anything by halves, he’s always on fast forward and no one can keep up! When he does slow down, he enjoys bird watching and a spot of gardening.

Flock No. 24
Our brilliant Operations & Events Manager and full-time animal mum! She loves all the animals, chickens, ducks, pigs, wallabies, capybaras, cows… basically everything except sheep! Her farm superpower? We’re pretty sure she can actually talk to the animals. Fun fact: she can touch her nose with her tongue and has a serious love for dresses!

Our fantastic farm administrator is always on hand to sort your emails and keep everything running smoothly! Her favourite animal is the magnificent Eagle Owl, and her highlight of the year is Pumpkin Nights. She’s rarely seen without her trusty bobble hat and has a real love for anything animal print.
Meet Laura aka Baxter!
Flock No. 42
Our brilliant Farm Supervisor, resident number whizz, and total sheep superstar! Laura’s favourite animal is (you guessed it) sheep, and she absolutely loves lambing time, the busier the better! Her farm superpower? Staying calm, collected, and completely unbothered even when things get really woolly.
Fun fact: she has a maths degree, so if you need help counting sheep, she’s your girl!

Meet Charlotte
Flock No. 15
Our brilliant Front of House Supervisor, alpaca lover, and accidental expert in minor injuries! No matter the task, she somehow finds a way to bump or bruise herself. Fun fact: she’s been to Australia six times – crikey!

Always fully stocked with snacks and never far from Tim the goat! With a degree in Zoo Management, she knows her stuff when it comes to animals and we’re lucky to have her on the team!

Lover of Highland cows and ready to work anywhere on the farm! When not mucking in, you’ll find her underwater, she’s a qualified scuba diver who’s even swum with sharks!

Goat lover and expert wanderer who can walk for miles and miles! When she’s not exploring the farm, she’s happiest under the stars, she loves a good camping trip!

Queen of the ice cream counter and proud piglet enthusiast! Her farm superpower? Whipping up the best ice creams around. When she’s not at the farm, she’s all about spending time with her friends!

Flock No. 36
She loves all our animals equally, but if she had to pick, Lavender the rabbit steals the show! Her farm superpower? Busting moves at the foam party like nobody’s watching. Oh, and fun fact, she once faced Anne Robinson as a contestant on The Weakest Link!

Flock No. 16
Alpaca catcher extraordinaire and proud namesake of George the goat! He might be the youngest member of the team, but he’s full of energy and always ready to lend a hand.

Lambing live is her favourite time of year, and she’s always up for a challenge! Her farm superpower? She’ll give anything a go. When she’s not on the farm, she’s off exploring new places and hunting down the best foodie spots!

Our resident Ice Cream Pro with a big soft spot for the guinea pigs and a special love for Tim the Goat! When she’s not scooping cones, she’s singing along to musicals and spending time with her two dogs and guinea pig at home.

A big fan of the Monk Park Express and a champion litter picker! Originally from sunny California, she’s called North Yorkshire home for the past 10 years and we’re very glad she does!

Expert baby goat cuddler and proud fan of Connie the Goat and Mr Blossom the Bunny! She’s been coming to the farm since she was a baby, so it’s safe to say it’s in her blood!

Always smiling and always swooning over anything baby (animals, of course!). With a superpower that lights up the farm, she’s got a smile for every guest and a soft spot for all things small and fluffy.
Meet Dionne
Flock No. 50
Dionne is one of the smiliest, chattiest team members you’ll meet always up for a natter and never too busy for a cuddle with the animals. She’s especially fond of the Highland cattle and brings a warm, friendly energy wherever she goes. Whether she’s out in the field or greeting visitors, she makes everyone feel right at home!

Our resident tractor driver with a soft spot for the Highland cattle! When he’s not behind the wheel, you’ll find him tinkering with vintage tractors or enjoying a well-earned pint of Guinness. Here he is proudly posing with Peter Wright from The Yorkshire Vet – two Yorkshire legends in one photo!
Meet Liv
Flock No. 58
Liv is part of the team and brings all the good vibes (and giggles!). She’s a pig snuggling pro, known for always making Lauren laugh, and always up for getting stuck in around the farm. Her favourites? The pigs – no question. Fun fact – Liv lived in Scotland for 4 years, but she’s a true York lass at heart! Her flock number might be 58, but she’s number one when it comes to pig cuddles and team laughs.

India is one of our smile-makers and soft-serve specialists, if there’s an ice cream to be swirled or a cheer to be spread, she’s your girl! A big fan of Tim the Goat, she’s always brightening up the farm with her energy and enthusiasm. And while she loves our animals, it’s elephants that truly have her heart!

Flock No. 25
Megan is full of Yorkshire charm, quick wit, and top-tier banter, she’s the life of the farm and never fails to get people smiling. She’s got a soft spot for Penguin and Mr Lavender the bunnies, and always makes time for a cuddle. But don’t let her boldness fool you… one spider and she’s out of there! Bugs may be small, but her fear is not, she once had to call in another farmer to take over because a spider was too close for comfort!

Flock No. 21
Cows are her favourite, but Laura’s superpower is bug care, she’s got a natural talent for spotting top-quality bramble (that’s bug food, by the way!) from a mile off. She’s also a Jellycat fan (you’re never too old for a teddy!) and loves a good pub quiz.

Lover of alpacas and known for being delightfully clumsy, if something’s going to happen, it’ll happen to Ellie! She only mastered the microwave in 2025, but she’s a world traveller, fresh from an Aussie adventure, and has a real eye for photography.
Meet Phoebe
Flock No. 14
Horse lover and people person, Phoebe’s got a gift for making everyone smile and she’s pretty sure she can talk to animals too! As Lauren’s daughter, she’s often spotted helping out around the farm. At just 12, she can ice skate, eat ice cream like it’s a sport, and perform Hamilton word for word.
