What do I need to wear?
- It’s very important you dress for the occasion. We’re talking cowboy boots, double denim, neckerchiefs and cowboy hats. We’ve got lots of photo opportunities around the farm for you to take advantage of.
What time do I need to arrive?
- A true cowboy is punctual. You MUST arrive to the event 15 minutes before your time slot. For example, if your time slot is at 11:00, please arrive at 10:45. This allow you enough time to get your things together, get through check-in and down to the ranch.
How long does the event last?
- The Wild West event lasts for about 1hr 45 minutes.
Does my ticket allow me full use of the farm?
- Cowboys like to range. Therefore, your tickets give you full access to explore the rest of the farm from 10:00 until 17:00.
Is it safe?
- Being a cowboy has its dangers. You MUST follow all Health and Safety Rules on the farm.
- Nobody like a dirty Cowboy. You MUST Wash your hands after contact with the animals, before eating and before you leave the farm.
Can I change my tickets?
- If you need to change your tickets, you must do this at least 48hours before the event by logging into your account. There is a £2 administration fee per person.
Animal Welfare
With the school holidays likely to be the busiest times in our season and with our new animals arriving during this time, as always we’ll be making sure that our animals are happy and comfortable with the extra attention this will bring. We will do our best to enable visitors to see as many animals as possible while balancing this with the welfare needs of all our animals.
